The customer support at G2G is absolutely terrible and incapable of analyzing simple logic. I opened a dispute regarding a seller who changed the password to a Twitch account immediately after purchase. I provided crystal-clear video and photo evidence showing the entire situation. Even though I bought the account less than a week ago, the support agent (Rachel Colton) questioned why I was active in the video, failing to understand a simple technical reality: I was just using an active Microsoft Edge browser session that remained logged in from before. To make it worse, the support team couldn't even look at the timestamps—the Twitch drop in the video was claimed 2 months ago, proving it was done by the previous owner, not me. Instead of securing my buyer protection, they drag out the investigation with redundant, brainless questions. Terrible service.
