Customer support from Claire was excellent. I had an older E2 bike that is out of warranty and needed help troubleshooting a problem with the rear hub motor. She coordinated with engineering and proposed parts needed to resolve the problem. I received the service parts within a few days and the bike is back up and running. Thanks Claire!
