Awful support this year
Im mydgn’s user for more than 5 years and its the first time Im having a very big problem with them.I chose USDT (Tether) for my withdrawal and sent 160$ to a wallet for exchange but mydgn didn't give me the Transaction hash of the withdrawal and to exchange the money I need that! I mailed for more than 4 times and mydgn didn't responce,added manu_mydgn in discord (as its mentioned in the website as the support assistance) they didn't accept my friend request I opened ticket 2 times and its been 5 days they didn't answer my ticket What else can I do?just for a simple transaction hash which is like a normal recite Im checking the ticket section but I still don't have it!
