Dealing with technical support takes some time but always yields a good result. Though my most recent interaction was faster, thanks to Justine. I’m waiting for a replacement battery, naturally, I’d prefer it if they didn't fail in the first place (the cells are fine, the issue turned out to be the BMS), but a prompt, hassle-free replacement demonstrates a high level of quality.
