Hello Trip.com Customer Service, I was denied boarding by Hainan Airlines for flight HU0491 from Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) to Brussels (BRU) on October 13, 2026. Hainan Airlines issued an official Certificate of Denied Passenger, reference number: 20261013880940263522900214JZ. I would like to request a review of my case and a refund of my ticket. Please clarify the applicable refund conditions and whether any refund is available. I also paid an additional €25 for a refundable service/card, and I would like to request a refund of this amount if I meet its conditions. Please advise me on the next steps.
