WORST! SCAMMERS! Do not book from here.
This is the worst booking site. Never use it. I accidently doubled my booking and according to their policy I can apply for a fee waiver and it will only get approved if the property agrees to it. I contacted the property through email and have informed me they allowed it and to inform agoda which I did. From 28th of September to October 13th agoda has been repeatedly saying "we have not heard from the property partner therefore will not allow the fee waiver. I forwarded their emails to each other and the property states they did not respond to them and the time they did, is to lie that I have chosen to keep my booking which I did not asked to to do. I emailed agoda to escalate this issue to a higher up or the complain manager however they disregarded and ignored my request and repeated the same bullshit "we have sent you request for a fee waiver ... we have not heard from the property and will not allow the modifications. I then reported them to ACCC and asked my bank to make a dispute which then the bank was the ine contacting them and have all the sudden allowed my modification and partial refund. DO NOT USE AGODA!! THEY WILL TRY TO KEEP GOING IN CIRCLES UNTIL UR BOOKING COMES UP AND YOU STILL HAVENT GOTTEN UR MONEY BACK.
