Competitive pricing but useless when things go wrong. Booked a Turkish airline flight where one of the surnames was misspelled. Contacted trip immediately and was told they would look into it. Advised 5 days later that the name change is not possible and to cancel the ticket and rebook. The booking was non refundable so risked loosing £500. Contacted Turkish airlines directly and the name change was done free of charge within 12 hours!! I don’t think they even bothered contacting Turkish airlines as it was so simple when dealing with them! Total nonsense and very poor customer service.
