my experience was amazing . i ordered the honkai impact elysia collab controller specifically with the charging dock. i will say the shipping was a little confusing i was a bit worried since it took a good week for me to get an update but they have a warning about it before ordering . upon arrival the controller worked absolutely magnificent and was incredibly gorgeously designed. the charging dock was defective but was offered a replacement for it . the replacement worked as expected and since then i’ve been using daily. from the initial buy to replacement the entire shipping was around 4 weeks total . customer service was very good and answered in a timely manner. 100000% will be coming back to buy if i ever need anything else . thank you to the ghyper team
