One test and you've subscribed
I did the 99p test via FB and like many others assumed this was a one off charge. I was not aware that I was subscribing to anything. Certainly there was nothing obvious about ongoing subscriptions. Fortunately the multiple attempts made today to take the subscription from my account was flagged by my bank as suspected fraud and my card stopped. There is a note that no payments should go to this company. I have been issued a new card and other details. I accept that I was foolish when I took the test for a bit of fun but this company, while not strictly fraudulant, is definitely hiding the information regarding ongoing subscriptions. I received nothing from them till this attempt to take a payment. Avoid at all costs.
