⭐ 1 star — Failed delivery and an unreachable phone number My address was correct, yet YTO marked my parcel as undeliverable and then returned it to the sender. No delivery attempt was made at my home, and I received none of my three items. The phone number provided DOES NOT CONNECT. There is no practical way to reach anyone to resolve the problem or obtain the documents AliExpress keeps requesting for my refund. I am now wasting my time chasing a refund for items I never received because of a delivery failure outside my control. Extremely frustrating service and a complete lack of accountability.
