When a seller takes too long to deliver an order, the website does nothing to help. Customers cannot cancel their orders and are forced to wait for hours. It would be much better if customers could cancel delayed orders and purchase from another seller instead. I would also like to see a feature that allows customers to block sellers who consistently deliver slowly, especially since sellers are selected automatically. If a customer accidentally places an order or tops up the wrong amount, there is no way to cancel it, which results in a waste of both time and money. Please improve the system to make it fairer and more convenient for customers.
