Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is virtually non-existent. Expect to be given the runaround by an ineffective AI chatbot rather than being connected to a real customer service representative. I requested a refund because I never received the tickets I had paid for. Despite making multiple attempts to contact customer support at the point of sale, I was unable to get any meaningful assistance. When I eventually managed to raise the issue, I was simply told that the tickets were non-refundable, completely disregarding the fact that I never received what I had paid for in the first place. There is a significant difference between cancelling a booking and requesting a refund for goods or services that were never delivered. Extremely disappointing customer service, a frustrating complaints process, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking through this company.
