My experience with Speedaf has been extremely disappointing. My parcel has been stuck on “Out for delivery” without being delivered, and the lack of clear communication and reliable customer service is unacceptable. Customers pay for a service, not endless waiting, excuses, and frustration. I have wasted time trying to resolve this issue without receiving a proper solution. Speedaf needs to take responsibility for its deliveries and treat customers with respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. One of the worst delivery services I have dealt with!
