Two Suggestions for Shipping and Order Flexibility
There are mainly two things I'd like to suggest based on my experience: 1. Package weight and delivery May I suggest taking a look at labor regulations regarding the maximum weight a single person should be expected to lift or carry? The delivery driver was NOT happy about having to carry my almost 40 kg package of filament up to the first floor! ;) Perhaps splitting larger orders into smaller, more manageable packages would make life a little easier for delivery drivers. 2. Adding forgotten items to an existing order It would be great if you could make it easier to add forgotten items to an order that hasn't shipped yet. Maybe you could even keep the original bulk discount tier active for 24 hours after placing an order. For example, let's say I order 15 rolls of filament and receive a 40% discount. Nine hours later, I realize I forgot to add three different rolls. It would be nice if I could add those rolls to my existing order, or place a separate order within that 24-hour window, while still receiving the same 40% discount. I think this would be a great customer-friendly feature, especially for people who regularly place larger filament orders. Other than these two suggestions, I've been very happy with my experience with Bambu Lab so far!
