Professional & friendly, highly recommended!
A big thank you to Lifen from One Visa for her wonderful support and guidance throughout our Employment Pass application process! Ours was a pretty complex case and certainly not the most straightforward application. What we really appreciated was Lifen's ability to understand the intricacies of our situation, anticipate what MOM was looking for and translate the requirements into clear, concise and practical advice. She knew what information was important, how best to present our case and guided us through the process with clarity and confidence. Beyond her professionalism and knowledge, Lifen was always warm, friendly and approachable. She was patient with our questions, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout, which made an otherwise stressful process much easier to navigate. We're incredibly grateful for her assistance in helping us secure our EP approval, especially given the complexities involved. It was such a relief and a wonderful outcome! Would highly recommend Lifen and One Visa to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable and personable immigration assistance. Thank you once again!
