I would prefer no stars
I would prefer no stars, but not an option. I never received thee item and the company supplied tracking information saying I did. They never supplied a valid USPS tracking number so that I could file a complaint at the post office. The tracking information they did supply was inaccurate. It does not fully track the package. They have refused to refund my money and since they had insurance on the package I do not understand. At this point I fully believe this company is a scam and so does the USPS who also told me the tracking information shared was wrong.
