Awful customer service
Ordered 2 times from this website. The first order was ok, some kind of decent products and some very average ones but this is expected considering the prices. The second order was delivered to my mailbox but got stolen. Their customer service asked me to fill a complain which I did, that it will take up to 15 days to process. They didn't send me any updates in these 15 days and after i contacted them again, they were wasting my time with some AI generated questions on a loop and then told me that the carrier didnt refund them so they can't refund me. So next time someone order from them, better pray that your order will be delivered otherwise from the moment they got your money you are cooked.
