I bought a Vader 5 Pro (v2) through Gadgethyper due to reading about their support, and the typically support process one would need to go through if I bought directly through Flydigi. It paid off. After around 2 months of not using the controller, it appeared to have become effected by a hardware defect. Emily from Gadgethyper was a delight to work with, and patient helping me through the support process to get a quick replacement.
