I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Agoda’s service\. A booking was processed through the Agoda app without my knowledge or clear consent, and my credit card was charged without me entering my CVV or providing an OTP to authorize the transaction\. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Agoda is now informing me that the booking is non\-refundable, despite my dispute regarding the unauthorized transaction\. As a customer, I believe I have the right to know when a booking is being finalized and when my credit card is going to be charged\. Customers should not have to bear financial losses over transactions they did not knowingly authorize. I have raised this matter with my bank and am seeking a proper investigation, a clear explanation of how this transaction was processed, and a fair resolution, including a refund. Agoda, please take customer consent, payment security, and consumer rights seriously. A non-refundable policy should not be used to dismiss a genuine dispute concerning an allegedly unauthorized booking or payment. I hope Agoda will address this concern responsibly and improve its booking and payment procedures to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem. I cannot recommend Agoda without seeing this matter properly resolved.
