Terrible - Don't risk your Money
Purchased the Qidi Plus 5 from the Qidi website which said "Orders will be shipped from our EU warehouse within 3 business days after processing." The order did not get processed for 2 weeks and emails were not being answered. I decided to open a dispute with my credit card issuer after which replies to my emails started coming. Their solution was not to remedy the situation but they wanted me to cancel the dispute in order for them to ship the product. This would leave me with no buyer protection. I asked them for a refund and I will purchase again so the card issuer can treat it as a new transaction and both sides are covered but they still refused. Till now I am still without my money and without a printer. They are refusing to refund or ship the printer.
