Very disappointed with Ninja Van’s delivery service. My parcel was marked as “Delivered”, but I never received it. I have already submitted a complaint, but the response is taking far too long. How can a parcel be marked as delivered when the customer has not even received it? This is completely unacceptable. I hope Ninja Van takes this matter seriously, investigates it properly, and improves its delivery and customer service.🫤🖕🏻
