AVOID! Terrible sizing, appalling customer service and then blocked!
I ordered a personalised hoodie as a special gift for my partner. I chose an XL, his usual size, which normally gives him a slightly oversized fit. When the hoodie arrived, I was incredibly disappointed. The sizing was ridiculously small, barely reaching his waist. It looked more like a cropped hoodie than the XL I had expected. I contacted customer service hoping to resolve the issue reasonably. Instead, I received responses from someone called Vivian repeatedly referring me back to their sizing information rather than offering a satisfactory solution. I continued trying to resolve the matter, but my latest email has been ignored and I have now discovered that I have been blocked. I find this absolutely appalling. I am a paying customer who raised a genuine concern about a product, and I expected professional customer service, not to be dismissed and then blocked. This was supposed to be a thoughtful, personalised gift, but the entire experience has been ruined by the way my complaint has been handled. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. Buyers beware. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t assume you’ll receive the help you deserve.
