Communication relies on autoresponse only
All e-mail to customer support gets replied to with auto-generated standard responses. Impossible to get a reply that would even address any of my inquiries, let alone attempt to actually provide any answers. Every response that I’d get completely ignored everything I had written. Started out by asking them a specific question regarding their sizes-table, including measurements relevant to my question, and all responses told me to check out said sizes-table, or to contact customer support with the measurements relevant to my question. Meanwhile, within two days after initiating this endless back and forth, they had already spammed me with 6 advertisements for the very products that I had intended to purchase, one of which hailed me with the subjectline: “We haven’t seen you in a while” So far I have not found any way to get even a single straight answer out of them. I have indicated that I am no longer interested in making a purchase, yet they have proceeded to harrass me with autogenerated e-mail telling me to get in touch with the very same customer support that is so obviously failing them. It would appear that everything they offer has been generated by LLM’s, but they fail to provide any disclaimers to inform their customers of this, and there is no way to contact any human for accountability. This comes across as legally questionable, though I’ll leave it to someone else to find out if they even have a legal department, and see if they’ve hidden that behind an impenetrable wall of autogenerated non-communication as well. Edit: As you can see, they are replying on Trustpilot with autogenerated messages, too. The e-mail address they are referring to is the exact same e-mail address I have been using in my attempts to get a human response, and now they're saying: please contact us at this address and we'll have a human look at it. This is an absolute lie. It is like I described. No matter how thoroughly you describe your questions, there will be literally no attempt to provide an answer, and all their autogenerated messages will either refer you back to their website, or to the very support-mail-address you used in your attempt to contact them in the first place. I'd love to say "too little, too late", but that would be inaccurate, for there isn't a little: their reaction on Trustpilot is the exact same problem all over again.
