I have made a complaint correctly
I have made a complaint correctly, have provided proof that the voucher cannot be used, the store only said they were waiting for the distributor, i complained to CS about my item, but CS instead passed the money to the seller, even though i have not received my right, and i did not get my money back, this is very detrimental to me. I hope CS can properly review my complaint. Hopefully it can be fixed.
