Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Been a diamond member for a while and was told a couple weeks before my honeymoon that my room type was no longer available and i was to receive a double downgrade because of a mistake in the booking. Bearing in mind id booked 6 months ago and now prices really rose up, I was only offered 300 usd (on a 8000 usd booking) compensation. This only after fighting with Agoda and wasting hours on the phone for a week. Im so disappointed with this service. Would not recommend. I have a last booking with them but then never again.
