Broken dispute system lets scammers reset the 48h timer forever
Bought a 5-item order where the seller used a completely misleading title, delivered wrong and non-working items, and even admitted in chat that the listing is basically a mix/gamble despite zero warning in the offer. What makes it worse is a massive flaw in G2G's report system that scammers actively abuse. Support tells you to wait 48 hours to click "Escalate," but if a seller replaces just 1 of the 5 faulty items with another broken one, G2G automatically closes your report and resets the 48-hour timer back to zero. It has been way over 48 hours since my first report, the seller hasn't replied to messages since Wednesday, and I am now trapped on my 4th dispute because he just pushes 1 fake replacement right before the timer ends to block me from ever escalating. Meanwhile, support ignores all proof of this exploit, closes my tickets, and sends copy-paste replies telling me to wait 48 hours. Zero buyer protection when bad sellers can reset the clock forever.
