Don’t trust them
Don’t trust them. Careful with this 3rd party provider!!!! Not all information mentioned in their site, bad surprises when you check in. When I booked a room, no information was provided on the room facing- it said all rooms a river facing - so I booked a twin room in a property named Madhvm for 11k rupees a night(non refundable) Surprise on arrival! The room was in the basement with no lift, garden facing and a temple blocking the view. Rechecked the agoda confirmation and found the mention garden facing which was not indicated in their website. Very disappointing and customer service has nothing to do - no compensation provided. 11k is a very high price for this, you can get far better place a much lesser in Rishikesh. I feel cheated by Agoda
