Poor Customer Service and Lack of Responsibility I waited more than two months for my purchase. Instead of contacting the logistics company themselves to investigate the delay, Banggood told me to do it. It took five or six emails to make them acknowledge that this was their responsibility. The same lack of accountability has continued with my refund. Despite repeated correspondence, I still have no confirmed date for when my money will be returned. The recurring problem throughout this entire process is Banggood's failure to take responsibility and resolve issues efficiently. Customers should not have to chase a company to do its job. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Banggood.
