Manufacturing defect handled flawlessly
The ordering and delivering process was flawless, and the product was high quality. Sadly there was a manufacturing defect, which meant the device was unusable. Luckily I was able to request a replacement and the support team was very helpful in this process. Manufacturing defects can happen to any product and the company handled it very well, therefore the 5 stars
