Package not recieved
I had been so impressed by their online graphics. I did see that customer service was poor, and that is a gamble when ordering for the first time. I placed an order and they sent me an update that the order was delivered in August. I looked for the package and also looked in my mail box - nothing. I emailed them in August, September, and again in October. Nothing. $400 gone, for a package I didn't recieve. And no customer service response to even help me back track to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. Very disappointed.
