Zero stars! BUYER BEWARE: Poor Customer Support & Hidden Return Fees🚨 Sharing my experience so others don't fall into the same trap. I attempted to process an exchange/return with them for over a month and the experience has been a nightmare: 🚩 Hidden Fees: Nowhere on their site or checkout page did it state that buyers are hit with undisclosed return shipping/deduction costs. 🚩 Automated Delays: Customer support continuously responds with generic copy-paste scripts to avoid resolving the issue or processing a refund. 🚩 Zero Accountability: They drag out communication hoping customers simply give up on their money.
