Agoda customer service is a joke
Agoda customer service is a joke. They took 90 minutes of asking the same question and getting the info requested before contacting the hotel by which time it was too late and i was £100+ out of pocket. They said all taxes paid for another booking but hotel charged local city tax. It is impossible to contact customer services without experiencing terminal frustration. Most incompetent liars ever
