My reasons that led me to online teaching includes the desire for work with schedule flexibility and work from home, the opportunity to gain teaching experience or reach a global audience. I am truly grateful for TeacherRecord (teacherrecord.com) as I was provided with structured resources and training which greatly helped me in the start of this journey.
