BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! I booked a hotel room in Los Angeles and when I arrived l was told that it was ALREADY SOLD OUT when Agoda took my money and told me that I had a reservation. The hotel provided me with a letter clearly stating that I would not be getting a room. I provided Agoda with that letter. Over two weeks and many back-and-forth emails trying to get a refund. Now they are demanding that I provide proof that I stayed at another hotel--As if that's relevant--it's none of their business. Because of them, I was stranded at 4pm on a Saturday night in L.A. STAY AWAY FROM AGODA AND ALL OF THEIR PARTNERS!
