Whey have very bad costumer service
Whey have very bad costumer service. I rent the car from them and ı have medical issue and ı prof them , but they make me wait the pass the 12:00 pm and they sad you cant cancel your booking and charge me full amount , which is ı never get the car . Very bad costumer service , ı never get bad feeling like this in my life in airport. Never answer the phone and email till the booking cancellaion time pass. Very bad vwry bad vey bad
