Very poor service
Very poor service. The staff member at the ticket booth was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, after boarding the train, we were asked to pay a €5 penalty per person because our tickets were missing the "required" timestamp validation. Even though three different staff members looked at our tickets before we boarded, no one bothered to inform us about this validation process. The same thing happened to several of our fellow passengers. As a tourist, I received the worst possible service. Not recommended.
