Ordered 49pcs. of watch faces ( no strap) for my small handmade jewelry business but all 49pcs.watch are plenty of scratches at the back..aside from that 50% of them are damaged, has cracks, dirt inside the dial, faded grayish metal coating..look came from a thrift store! I open dispute but so slow... as black friday is coming i want my money back to buy some supplies needed in making jewelry but refund is slower than a snail. 1st time ordering and this happened. For those planning to order in this company I recommend buy sample only an amount of money you can accept to be disappear in the air, because ordering bulk and arrived damaged or have issues gives you headache and stop your business rolling if you are a small business owner like me. Update: DO NOT EVER TRY TO ORDER HERE. THEY COMPLETED THE DISPUTE AND SEND THE REFUND AS CREDIT TO USE FOR FUTURE PURCHASE, LIKE WTF I AM NOT GOING TO ORDER AGAIN AND I WANT TO RETURN AND REFUND. ALSO THEY ONLY OFFER 20% REFUND FEOM THE TOTAL DAMAGED ITEMS. THIS IS NOT ALIGNED TO EU CONSUMER LAW.
