Lost Access to a VALORANT Account Purchased on G2G
I purchased a VALORANT account from a seller on G2G on April 21, 2025. After approximately 18 months of use, I unexpectedly lost access to the account. During that time, I spent around €600 on additional VALORANT purchases. Riot Games later permanently banned the account because account trading violates its Terms of Service. I am disappointed that an account purchased through G2G is no longer usable. I have contacted G2G Support and requested an investigation and possible refund, but I am still waiting for a resolution. I believe buyers should be made more aware of the risks associated with purchasing game accounts, especially the possibility of losing access permanently.
