Roxanne Tovera is doing a good job overall. I would have liked that she would be doing more higher-level responsibilities, especially for those that require a very high attention to detail per our initial interview. She adapts quickly and is flexible to changes. She has a cheerful disposition. She communicates when there is an issue with her internet or any customer requests. It would be helpful if she understood and learned the content that she is dealing or working with so that she can be more independent in that respect. Overall, I'm satisfied with her work.
