DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ITEMKU! In the event of seller refund, company holds your money hostage if you do not have an indonesian phone number. Can't even utilise the fund in their 'itemku wallet' as phone number is required. The way this site operate is predatory in nature and I would advise against using this website for your purchase. Their customer service sends AI generated responses and do not bother to read whatever you've sent. Overall, this experience has damaged my view of itemku and I would suggest others to use alternative sites, due the unethical practice of this company. Their AI would just ask me to re-submit a ticket and they'll do a thorough investigation, but they wouldn't even bother to read your ticket, and would just send generalised response that DO NOT HELP.
