Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Customer Service
I am writing this review based on my personal experience with Pongbot, which has been extremely disappointing. I placed my order in good faith, expecting a professional service and reasonable communication. I chose to pay through Klarna in three instalments, and all three payments have now been collected, yet I am still waiting for my order to be fulfilled. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the lack of communication and customer support. Despite contacting Pongbot and following up, I have not received a satisfactory response or a clear explanation of what is happening with my order. As a customer, I don’t believe it is unreasonable to expect transparency, regular updates and some accountability, especially when the company has already received full payment. I was genuinely looking forward to receiving the product, but the entire experience has left me questioning the company’s commitment to its customers. A good product means very little if the customer service behind it fails to deliver. I hope Pongbot takes this feedback seriously, responds to my concerns and resolves the matter promptly. Until then, based on my personal experience, I would find it difficult to recommend Pongbot to anyone considering making a purchase.
