When you order a product and once it's received and you find the product is not what you expected, you simply ask for a refund unless the website states "All sales final" that's not the case. After requesting a return shipping label I was told by the customer support team that they understand my frustrations and will gladly provide me with a partial refund of $3.00. $3.00, that's unacceptable!! I'm insulted by the offer! People out here reading these reviews, beware of scams like this! They want you to purchase but obviously don't believed in their own product or there wouldn't have been any issue providing me a return shipping label and a full refund.
