I have two (2) Alpha models
I have two (2) Alpha models. Both are very impressive in build quality, paint finish, technology, performance, and comfort. I previously owned three (3) Wired e-bikes. The Magician bikes far exceeds in the above mentioned. Sold my Wired bikes! Their technology is so old school in comparison. Magician customer service can be slow to respond due to them obviously being based in China. However, they normally respond within 24 hours and are always very helpful. I hope this company stays in business for many years. They do use name brand components and the entire electrical system is Bafang. Bafang has been around since 2003.. I’m confident that I will always be able to get my bike repaired if ever needed.
