Wrong reporting + no reply from support.
My IP is incorrectly flagged as datacenter/hosting, even though I use my ISP’s router and have no server or hosting setup. Support has not replied, and the report remains uncorrected. I tested friends IPs too, and the USAGE TYPE was wrong for everyone, however city and state often was correct. My AS36014 USAGE TYPE is correctly listed as FIXED LINE ISP, but my friend’s AS11059 and USAGE TYPE were both wrong. Overall, many fields seem unreliable. The experience has been disappointing, and I don’t understand the 4.2+ Trustpilot rating. Some recent 5-star reviews seem suspicious, raising concerns about potentially fake or purchased reviews.
