My company uses the S610ASMKTCP sewer camera for several services we offer. The camera has been working great until recently. We started having some issues with the video not coming up on the screen. I bought a new camera head thinking that was the issue, but it still wouldn't work. I reached out to Sanyipace for troubleshooting and due to several factors, a replacement was needed. We ended up being a little outside of our warranty but this company was generous enough to go ahead and honor a replacement. I appreciate their prompt response on this matter and their great customer service. Getting the replacement will help us continue to serve our customers.
