Avoid DHgate! Defective Product, Unfair Refund, and Zero Customer Support!
I paid $20 for a mini fan that was defective, lasted less than one minute even after charging, and smelled like burning. Instead of helping me resolve the issue fairly, DHgate refunded only $1 without even asking whether I accepted the offer. They then closed my case and ignored my complaints. What kind of buyer protection is this? The platform seems more interested in closing cases than treating customers fairly. I was left paying almost the entire price for a defective and potentially unsafe product, with no meaningful response from customer service.
