Booked in rush and wanted to change the booking. Couldn’t do it, no 30 mins or 60mins cooling off for cancellation just no refund policy is all that I could see like it’s all for hotel and not for the one who booked it I wish u guys improve and protect customers also. My last booking here as I don’t like to block money for little discount, atleast with other site I get chance to cancel obligation free atleast
