Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I had made by booking by entering my first name as YI JIE (with a space in between) and the ticket issued by the airline (scoot) stated my first name as YIJIE (without the space in between). When I attempted to add my Krisflyer membership using the airlines manage my booking portal, I am not able to do so because the name on the ticket issued (YIJIE - without space) mismatches the name registered for the membership (YI JIE - with the space). And the airline is imposing a CNY 560 charges for me to add a space. It is definitely cheapticket's mistake. I also provided my membership number during the booking on cheapticket but the number had not been added to the ticket issued. When I reached out to the customer service, they are not able to resolve the problem. They told me to handle the issue by myself with the airline. Cheap ticket is not going to take the responsibility on their mistake at all!
