Good job Shea Zhang
I am so grateful to Shea Zhang who went all her way to assist me with the cancellation refund for Booking no. 1578951124718633. Free cancellation policy statement was not clearly stated which leads to my unhappiness, but Shea contacted Midtown Richardson Hotel twice and managed to settle with full refund to us :). I am very thankful for her excellent service provided during the whole refund process
