Extremely poor experience with Agoda
Extremely poor experience with Agoda. I had a confirmed booking at Tulip Resort in Rudraprayag for 2–3 October 2026 and paid ₹4,124.05. When I arrived, the property refused to let me check in. I reported the problem to Agoda through the app. More than 20 days have passed, and I have received neither a proper response nor my refund. The last update said Agoda was waiting for the property, but leaving a customer without their money or an answer for this long is unacceptable. Agoda confirmed the booking, so it should take responsibility for resolving the issue instead of leaving the customer to chase a response. I am still waiting for my full refund. Based on this experience, I would think carefully before trusting Agoda with a booking.
